HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOU?

I start booking up for the wedding season up to 18 months in advance. 

IS A DEPOSIT/RETAINER OR CONTRACT REQUIRED TO HOLD MY WEDDING DATE?

Yes, a signed bridal contract and a 50% retainer from the total amount due on your wedding day are required in order to reserve your date.  Be advised that no date will be reserved until the contract has been signed and the retainer has been paid.  The retainer will be put towards your final bill and it is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

DO YOU PROVIDE ON-SITE SERVICES?

Yes I do!  Why worry about getting yourself and all of your party shuffled around and off to the venue on time when I can come to you?!  All wedding day services are all done on-site and bridal trial can be done either in studio or on-site, depending on your location.  I can come to the church, hotel, your home, or wherever you are most comfortable and is the most convenient for you and your wedding party!  (*travel fee may apply)

CAN I BOOK A TRIAL SESSION BEFORE SIGNING A WEDDING PACKAGE?

Yes, we want you to be 100% sure of your decision. Please keep in mind that Joyce cannot hold a date without deposit and a signed-contract. 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MYSELF FOR WEDDING DAY?

• Try to do sheet masks 3 times/week for 3-4 weeks before your wedding

• Do not try new skincare/makeup products to avoid any allergic reactions

• Wash your hair the night before and blow dry completely

• Wear a loose button-up shirt or robe on the day of so that your makeup and hair is not affected when you change into your beautiful wedding dress!
